Sun Glitter and International Day of Happiness
New sun glitter prints just in time for International Day of Happiness!
Today (March 20) is not only the first day of spring, it’s also the International Day of Happiness, and what better way to celebrate than with new prints of one of the happiest sights I know: sunshine glittering on water! I photographed the Sun Glitter print, at Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester, Massachusetts on a beautiful early summer morning, it was one of those perfect days that just fills you with joy and makes you extra happy to be alive!
Sun Glitter seems to bring out that same feeling in many people, which makes me so happy to hear! It has been my most popular print for several years in a row now.
Happy Blues
“Happy Blues” was photographed during a walk around the Cap-Ferrat peninsula, which lies between Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Villefranche-sur-Mer in France. The hike is fairly long, and at times a bit tricky, but the scenery is amazing, and the stunning views are worth every second of it! I came around a corner and saw this incredible turquoise water with sunshine glittering on it, and it literally stopped me in my tracks. I had to photograph it.

sailing nice (as in nice, France)
I photographed “Sailing Nice” on another walk, this one was from Villefranche-sur-Mer to Nice, quite a bit easier than the Cap Ferrat walk, but no less beautiful! I took this image as I was making my way down a winding road from Boulevard Maurice Maeterlinck to the coastal path that goes right along the water. I spotted this little catamaran and loved the bright colors of the sails against that dark blue glittering water. The whole scene just looked so happy!

The prints come unframed or framed, and you can also get them as metal or acrylic glass prints.
