Framed Art Prints: New in the Travel Collections

Framed art prints are now available for all my travel photography prints. I’m very excited about this addition – previously, acrylic glass prints were the only ready-to-hang option for the travel prints, but I’ve had a lot of requests for framed prints, and they are finally here!
The frames come in a black, white, and natural wood, with or without a white cotton rag mat. The frames are handmade in the US from top-quality hardwoods and all archival materials. They are custom made to order, with beautiful spline joints and 99% UV-filtering acrylic glass. Depending on print size, the frames have a 1/2″ – 1″ face and 1 1/2″ – 2 1/4″ depth. Smaller frames are fitted with D-rings and a wire for hanging; large frames (24×36 inches and up) have a French cleat hanging system.
Matted and framed prints are the way to go when you want a traditional look, and prints framed without a mat are perfect when you want a more casual feel (think relaxed beach house style). All framed art prints have a white border, with my signature on the border below the image, so you still get a bit of a white frame around the image, even with unmatted prints.
You can still get the French Riviera travel images as acrylic glass prints as well. They’re perfect when you want a borderless, frameless look, or want to hang your print in a bathroom, spa, or other humid area.
Prints framed without a mat have a frame spacer – a thin strip of clear acrylic – placed around the edges of the print inside the frame to create space between the print and the glass. This prevents the print from touching and sticking to the glass (i.e. acrylic), and helps preserve it over long periods of time.
